As a Teller, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our members, helping them with everyday financial transactions and creating a positive, welcoming experience each time they visit.

Director of Human Resources (Director of Talent Management)

Community Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative where everyone is welcome. We're seeking a Director of Human Resources (Director of Talent Management) to join our Leadership Team and lead the Credit Union's human resources, talent development, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and organizational culture initiatives.

This position plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining a talented workforce while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. The Director of Talent Management serves as a trusted partner to leaders throughout the organization, supports the President/CEO with key administrative initiatives, and helps foster a workplace culture grounded in our mission, values, and commitment to employee growth. The position also supervises the Talent Development Specialist and oversees employee training and development programs.
