Meet our President & CEO, Jen Hogan. Jen started working with Community Credit Union in 2007 and has worked in various roles throughout the credit union. As President & CEO, Jen is responsible for sustaining the organization’s growth, preparing it for the future and ensuring its commitments to the credit unions’ members and communities served are met.

Jen holds an Associate’s Degree in Communications and has accumulated various credit union certificates from the Maine Credit Union League, Credit Union National Association, the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute of the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce (now known as the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce) and others. She embraces the national credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” through her work on the Board of the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, Governmental Affairs Committee of the Maine Credit Union League, Turner Parent Teacher Committee and many more. Jen has been honored with awards in Uplift LA’s 40 Under 40 Program in both the education and Local Government & Civic Leaders categories, the Maine Women’s Network Business, Education and Leadership Award as well as the Young Professional of the Year Award from YPLAA.

When not working and serving our communities, Jen can be found enjoying time with her husband, daughter and pet rabbit at their residence in Turner and exploring sports and education attractions.

Meet our Executive Vice President, Andrew B. Lunn. Andrew has worked with Community Credit Union in various roles, most recently as EVP in 2018. Andrew brings with him years of Financial Services Industry knowledge as he has worked for various credit unions since 2006. As Executive Vice President, Andrew is responsible for ensuring both our lending and deposit teams are operating soundly and fiscally. He works with all aspects of the credit union for technology, upgrades and reporting to ensure the credit union is meeting the needs of our members and communities.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a secondary major in Management in addition to a certificate from the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute of the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce (now known as the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce). He continues to give back to our communities through his work on the Finance Team of Healthy Neighborhoods, as Chair of the Financial Institution and Law Enforcement Fraud Collaborative, on the Maine Credit Union League’s Technology Services Committee and at Pathway Vineyard.

Outside of work, you can find Andrew spending time with his wife, daughter, son and dog at their residence in Brunswick or enjoying time taking up seasonal recreational activities from skiing, hiking and camping throughout the state of Maine.

Meet our Vice President of Financial Operations, Jo-Ann F. Jackson. Jo-Ann brings over 15 years of financial services industry experience and knowledge to us in her role at Community Credit Union. As VP of Financial Operations, Jo-Ann leads the Financial Operations team working on and analyzing the credit union’s accounting, collections, and payment services departments.

Jo-Ann has completed multiple accounting courses and continues to further her education and knowledge on accounting principles and practices as well as ACH and various payment service operations and holds a certificate from the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute of the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Her work through the Maine Credit Union League’s Finance and Awards & Convention Committees as well as a member of the Androscoggin County Chapter of the Maine Women’s Network demonstrates her commitments to the financial betterment and education of our communities and leaders.

Outside of her work at the credit union, you can find Jo-Ann at her residence in Auburn or spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren camping, gardening or working on a variety of craft and floral projects.

Meet our Vice President of Marketing, Betsy Sibley. Betsy started in the Financial Services Industry in 2002 and has served in her role as Vice President of Marketing at Community Credit Union since 2012. As VP of Marketing, she leads the credit union’s growth and position through internal and external marketing efforts, community awareness events and financial literacy opportunities.

Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Thomas College in addition to a certificate from the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute of the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce (now known as the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce) and is a strong believer in giving back to our communities. Her work on committees such as Healthy Neighborhoods, Maine Marketing Council, Credit Union National Association Marketing Council, Statewide Awareness of the Maine Credit Union League, Turner Parent Teacher Committee, Turner Ridge Riders and Turner Athletic Association is a testament to her character and community commitments which is one reason she was awarded the Maine Credit Union League’s Diane Oceretko People Helping People Award.

When not volunteering for a local organization and working at the credit union, you can find Betsy surrounded by her family, husband and their two sons at their residence in Turner.

Meet our Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Michelle Green. Michelle started working for the credit union in 1999 as a Member Representative and then for several years in our Lending Department as a Loan Specialist and recently transitioned to her role as our AVP of HR and Administration. In her current position, Michelle oversees aspects of employee performance, talent acquisition, training and development as well as operational reporting and upgrading.

Throughout her career at Community Credit Union, Michelle has held various credit union and Financial Services Industry certificates including being a Certified Financial Counselor through the Credit Union National Association. Over her time at the credit union she has actively taught our workshops and educational seminars that have afforded her the opportunities to give back to our members through financial service, education and literacy.

Outside of her time spent in the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends poolside and in her backyard at their residence in Lewiston as well as gardening, skiing, following bands and trying new restaurant spots across our State.

Meet our Turner Branch Manager, Kirstyn Birkbeck. Kirstyn started with Community Credit Union in 2014 as a Member Representative and has continued to gain further knowledge and skills through her advancement as a Financial Service Representative and now as a Manager. In her role as Branch Manager, she oversees the Turner Branch and its team of Member Representatives that serve those visiting our Turner Office to meet our credit union deposit growth and lending goals.

Throughout her career at the credit union, Kirstyn has continued her education to expand her knowledge and learn best practices through attendance at workshops and classes to achieve accreditations and certificates within the Financial Service Industry. Kirstyn’s commitments to our communities and members through volunteering at various credit union Awareness Events, Scholarship Committee and outside Financial Literacy Seminars are just a few reasons Kirstyn was recognized with the Employee of the Year as well as Volunteer and Employee of the Month Awards.

Outside of work, Kirstyn lives at her residence in Lewiston and enjoys spending time with family and friends at outdoor activities, organizing events and volunteering.

Meet our Assistant Vice President of Financial Operations, Liz Campbell-Brown. Liz brings years of knowledge in the Financial Services Industry since her start in 2012. Meet our Loan Supervisor, Chris Cote. Chris’s knowledge in the financial services industry started in 2010 when he joined the credit union world. He joined the team at Community Credit Union in 2018 as the Loan Supervisor. In his role, Chris oversees and leads the Lending Team through their day to day operations, targeted growth goals and works with all departments of the credit union for financial literacy and education of the programs that we can offer to our communities and members.

Chris has continued to further his education of the credit union and its industry by attending continuing education courses provided by financial and credit union partners and bringing the knowledge and skills gained back to the credit union for process enhancements and organization. He is an active member of the Maine Credit Union League’s Social Responsibility Committee which works with all credit unions for the Maine Credit Union’s Campaign for Ending Hunger.

Outside of work, you can find Chris hiking, going to the movies and spending time with his fiancé and her daughter at their residence in Auburn.

Meet our Auburn Branch Manager, Nicole Fournier. Nicole brings over three decades of financial services industry knowledge with her when she started with Community Credit Union in 2016. In her role as Branch Manager, Nicole oversees the Auburn Branch and its team of member and financial service representatives that serve those visiting our Auburn Office to meet our credit union deposit growth and lending goals.

Nicole has continued to further her education of the credit union and its industry by attending Financial Service Industry continuing education courses and bringing the knowledge and skills gained back to the credit union for trainings and process enhancements. She leads our Adopt-A-School Partnership with our neighbors at Washburn Elementary School with our Pay Day Program, Financial Education Tours and Presentations, Appreciation Events and more.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, daughters and fur babies at their residence in Turner working on home improvements and family activities.

Meet our Assistant Vice President of Deposit Operations, Natalie Michaud. Natalie started with Community Credit Union in 2011 as a Member Representative and has served in various roles as ACH Share Draft Coordinator, Manager of our Turner Branch and now as the AVP of Deposit Operations. In her current role, Natalie oversees the Lewiston Branch and its team of member and financial service representatives that serve those visiting our Lewiston Office. In addition, she administers our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Program and works on project teams for upgrades and systems for our Deposit Operations Team.

Throughout her career at the credit union, Natalie has continued her education to expand her knowledge and learn best practices through attendance at workshops and classes to achieve accreditations and certificates within the financial service industry. In addition, Natalie holds a certificate from the Androscoggin Leadership Development Institute of the Lewiston Auburn Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Her commitments to our communities through support of volunteerism and various Community Credit Union Awareness Events were recognized with her award of Volunteer of the Year by the Management Team and peers of the credit union.

Outside of work, you can find Natalie enjoying the outdoors through hiking, four wheeling, camping and other recreational activities. Natalie also enjoys spending time with her husband and dog at their residence in Livermore.
