Community Credit Union is proud to be a Community Development Financial Institution.

This program is designed for individuals who need assistance with a rental security deposit. The loan amount will be payable to the Landlord, not the applicant. The loan cannot exceed the original term of the lease agreement. A copy of the rental/lease agreement will be required showing the monthly payment and security deposit due. A pre approval letter may be provided as proof to the Landlord that the loan has been approved and that payment for the security deposit will be paid upon loan closing.

Maximum Loan Amount: $2,000
Applicants must show 9 months of employment history.
Minimum of 3 references per applicant will be required.
