IRA's
INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS
At Community
Credit Union, we have the desired and proven venues to help
you plan your IRA investments for your more mature, golden years.
The Traditional
IRA allows you to grow account earnings tax deferred until withdrawn.
Your contributions may be tax deductible.*
The Education
IRA allows you to invest up to $500 per year, per child. The
accounts may be established by parents, grandparents, uncles
and aunts, as long as the amount per child does not surpass
$500 per year. Also, withdrawals for qualified higher education
expenses are TAX FREE.*
The Roth
IRA is a way to accrue tax free income during retirement. The
benefits of the ROTH are attractive, however, not everyone qualifies
nor is it the best intended option for everyone. Non tax deductions
are limited to a maximum of $2,000 for a wage earner filing
single and $4,000 for married couples filing jointly.*
Variable
Rate Traditional, Education and ROTH IRA's are also available.
* In all
decisions of this type, it is recommended that you contact your
personal financial advisor or tax accountant.
